The Only 100% Japanese Genetics Wagyu Producers in the MENA
Cuts is the first & only Jordanian beef brand.
Cuts is a passion project - newly born from a long desire to have a sustainable world-class Jordanian beef brand that meets international standards. Founder Ahmad Dweikat grew up working with his father in the meat industry.
Leading to the decision of adding a new breed to the scene to counter the heavy import of meat from abroad and go local. After years of planing, hard work & dedication: Cuts was born in 2020 to introduce the Jordanian Fullblood Wagyu & Prime Angus to the world.
Proudly, Cuts is now the only fullblood Wagyu breeder in the Middle East and North Africa region specializing in Fullblood Wagyu, Prime Angus, and Holstein.
From conception to consumption, our cattle are humanely raised following a sustainable program that does not include the use of antibiotics, hormones, or steroids.
We offer a wide range of products from the highest quality steaks to our own line of clean ingredient handcrafted meats.
Our Farms
Our farm is located in a secluded area in the northeast of Jordan, which was chosen due to the favorable year-round weather conditions for raising cattle. This location allows us to provide our animals with a comfortable and stress-free environment.
FAQs
-
Fullblood Wagyu refers to the beef produced from Wagyu cattle which has never been cross bred with other breeds and whose pedigree can be traced back to having 100% Japanese genetics.
-
Fullblood wagyu refers to cattle that are 100% genetically pure and traceable to one of the four original Japanese breeds: Black, Brown, Polled, and Shorthorn. Other types of Wagyu may include crossbred animals that are produced by breeding Fullblood wagyu with other breeds of cattle. One key difference is the level of marbling in the meat. Fullblood wagyu is known for its higher degree of intramuscular fat, which gives it a rich, buttery flavor and a tender, melt-in-your mouth texture.

We get this question a lot. And the answer is yes! All of our beef is 100% halal.
All of our cattle are humanely raised and our feeding process includes no animal by-products and no alcohol, which are both prohibited in Islam.
The way we slaughter our Wagyu cattle is in accordance with Sharia Law.
-
We use the Australian marble scoring system for grading our Wagyu beef. Our average marble score is between 7 and 9. This score reflects the degree of intramuscular fat within our Wagyu beef and is considered high marbling.
-
During the first 90 days of life, our cows are fed a diet of milk to support their growth and development. After this initial period, they are transitioned to a grain based diet that includes a combination of corn, barley, bran and alfalfa for the remainder of their 900-day feeding program. This approach helps to produce high-quality beef with exceptional flavor and marbling.
-
Our Wagyu cows are raised using a combination of traditional Japanese techniques and modern best practices. We prioritize their health and welfare by providing them with a clean, comfortable, and stress-free environment. In addition, we implement moral management practices, including appropriate handling and proper facilities, regular routine for feeding, watering, and other care related tasks.
-
Our cattle are slaughtered at 33 months of age. This age is carefully chosen to ensure that the animals have reached optimal size and weight in order to produce the highest-quality of beef.
